when i left my house this morning, the thermometer on my porch read -15 degrees. according to the news, the windchill values are expected to reach between 35 and 45 below zero. outside, it hurts to breathe and any exposed skin numbs within seconds.
all i want to do is go home and curl up with some hot tea and a book. 3 and a half hours until i can do just that - assuming i don't die of exposure on the way through the parking lot... 11:00 AM //
