i spent some time poking around strawberries the other day in the used cd section and totally found myself a little treasure. that's right folks, i am now the proud owner of dj jazzy jeff & the fresh prince's homebase. i can now listen to such classics as summertime, ring my bell, and oh yes, you saw my blinker, bitch whenever i so desire. its not as though i didn't already own this album (come on, i didn't miss 1991 altogether), but it was on tape... and being that i have a cd player in my car, you can see why the update in format was crucial. there's nothing like driving in your car with the windows down on the first nice day in april with summertime blaring. don't be jealous. if you ask nice enough i might be persuaded to make a copy for you. 8:59 AM //
